2. Got this in an email from my BFF 4-Ever - Love this girl!!  

3. Won this at the neighborhood ladies Christmas party - can't wait to break open the cocktails!

4. Came home to this one night - love these two sweets!

5. Craft Night!!  Made these Mod Podge ornaments for our OKC Thunder tree we hope to have next year!

Our craft night isn't just any craft night - it includes wine tasting...

Nuggets from Chick-Fil-A...

And Christmas Kiss Cookies (find the recipe on the back of the Candy Cane Kisses bag)

geeeesshhhh..... this is what I look like after a LONG week at work, worn off makeup and after 2 glasses of wine :)

Also, note to self:  Get kitchens curtains!

Loving Lately: Julep Maven and Dating Divas Costume Contest

I got my October Julep Maven Box in the mail this past weekend!  Woot! Woot!  I chose the "American Beauty" for this month for 2 reasons: 1. I think the orange crackle will be really fun and 2. Blue and Orange for OKC Thunder!!  It's almost that season again...can't wait!! I love opening up my Julep box - it's like Christmas :) Such cute packaging Quick Dry Polish Drops - I seriously can not wait to use these!  I'm so impatient when it comes to waiting for nail polish to dry!  Love these little glitter pots - but let's be honest - I'm a little intimidated by them!  I can already see the mess I am going to make with these! A Batman Wedding and a $9 Wedding Dress

I was on this blog today and she was talking about how women spend so much money on wedding dresses.  It reminded me of my wedding and then I realized I've never blogged about it!!!  It's already been a year and half and I still haven't even scrapbooked it!!!  Where does the time go? Ok...to the dress.  I knew exactly what I wanted.  I wanted it to be short, satin, and a "pick-up" style dress.  I looked around at David's Bridal and other stores but I just couldn't see spending more than $100 on my dress.  (I've been married before and had the big, fancy wedding - and we see how well that worked out!!)  So this time, I wanted a small wedding and didn't want to spend much.  I walked into Ross one day looking for something else and decided to walk through the dresses to look for a dress for my sis, the MOH.  It was like the clouds opened up and the angels were singing and the sun beamed down on this dress.  You can't really tell fr...
