Linking up for High Five for Friday with Lauren!

1.  I finally used my new eyeshadow this week.  LOVE!  I have several other colors in this same palette.  It's the Wet n Wild Color Icon Palette - only $4.99!  I found them at Walgreens.  This one is called "Shimmer the Night Away".


2.  Fun surprise at work - OKC Thunder Cupcakes from Gigi's Cupcakes!  My favorite!!


3. Made my first Thunder Wreath!!


4.  Took Ally to Lake Hefner - we watched the sunset together!  Ok, this was last week but it's ok to break the rules and include it in this week's H54F, right??


5.  Got these awesome red and turquoise chevron straws from Groopdealz!  They are offering them again - go check them out!!

H54F and Nail Files

Loving Lately: Julep Maven and Dating Divas Costume Contest

I got my October Julep Maven Box in the mail this past weekend!  Woot! Woot!  I chose the "American Beauty" for this month for 2 reasons: 1. I think the orange crackle will be really fun and 2. Blue and Orange for OKC Thunder!!  It's almost that season again...can't wait!! I love opening up my Julep box - it's like Christmas :) Such cute packaging Quick Dry Polish Drops - I seriously can not wait to use these!  I'm so impatient when it comes to waiting for nail polish to dry!  Love these little glitter pots - but let's be honest - I'm a little intimidated by them!  I can already see the mess I am going to make with these!
