NINE Days - NO Soda
I have been following the 42 Days To Fit Challenge and surprisingly, it hasn't been THAT hard. I have completely given up my Diet Dr. Pepper addiction..for nine days!! If you know me, you know that I am addicted to it...like at least 3 a day addicted. It was BAD! I have only been drinking water and tea. I have to drink tea to prevent the caffeine headaches. This challenge has really motivated me and I am sticking to it. I've been trying out new recipes like homemade blueberry muffins and these amazing and EASY 2 ingredient homemade biscuits. I cooked up some turkey sausage and have been eating sausage biscuits for breakfast every morning. Easy peasy! And much cheaper than McD's!
