"Leftover" Dressing Meatloaf

A friend of mine at work gave me this amazing recipe for meatloaf. She used the Stove Top Stuffing mix in hers but I had a lot of dressing leftover from Thanksgiving so I decided to try that instead. And OMG - this was one of the best meatloaf recipes I've every tried. AND it got rid of some of the dressing that I'm tired of eating! Don't get me wrong - I do love me some dressing .... but after eating it for several days, I'm over it!! (until Christmas)

What You Need:

About 2 Cups of Leftover Dressing/Stuffing

1 Can of Tomato Sauce (or a mixture of tomato paste and water)

1 lb of Hamburger Meat

Ketchup - optional

You can even add cheese but I didn't think of that until after it was already in the oven.

What You Do:

Combine everything in a large bowl. Spray your pan (I used a muffin pan) and fill with the mixture. Cover in ketchup and bake for about 45 minutes on 350°.

Ok...I'm just going to jump right into this. Let's talk about hair. I'm not talking about the hair on your head that you want people to see and love. I'm talking about the unwanted hair that you loathe and want noone to see! Embarrassing subject? Yep!! I have a medical condition called PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) that has many, many side effects that makes it extremely difficult to get preggers but that's another subject we won't get into right now. One of the most annoying effects being facial hair!! There, I said it. Since high school I've had to deal with this embarrassing situation. Back then, I hated it and I would cry because I thought I was the only one dealing with this. Now that I'm older (and wiser), I can laugh about it.
