First, I am so excited that yet another week of dealing with this crazy traffic is over!  I don't know what has been going on....it's like everyone is going to work lately.  I wish some people would start calling in! 2. David and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary this week!  A reason for a Japanese steakhouse?  Oh, yes! 3. We purchased Ally a life jacket for our lake trip this weekend.  She wasn't sure what to do when we put it on her! 4. How good does this look??  Shredded BBQ Beef cheesy goodness!!  I made this recipe a couple days ago and had a little left over.  I decided to warm it up, spread on top of tortilla chips and cover with cheese.  I broiled it for a few minutes to get it all melty.  A quick, easy lunch for us!  Happy Monday :) Don't forget to enter my amazing giveaway here !!
