5 Minute Yoga Break

Last night in yoga class, I learned how to do a forearm stand!! I'm sure there is another technical name for them in Yoga lingo but I'm not sure what it is! I had to teach my friend Lo how to do one...so we took a *small* break from work to do just that!

Our goal is to not have to use the wall! Now if I can just get her to join my hot yoga addiction :)

Nail Files and a Giveaway

A Batman Wedding and a $9 Wedding Dress

I was on this blog today and she was talking about how women spend so much money on wedding dresses. It reminded me of my wedding and then I realized I've never blogged about it!!! It's already been a year and half and I still haven't even scrapbooked it!!! Where does the time go? Ok...to the dress. I knew exactly what I wanted. I wanted it to be short, satin, and a "pick-up" style dress. I looked around at David's Bridal and other stores but I just couldn't see spending more than $100 on my dress. (I've been married before and had the big, fancy wedding - and we see how well that worked out!!) So this time, I wanted a small wedding and didn't want to spend much.
